our solution for

Landcom's Kellyville development

Inspiring future residents and tenants to live in the new precinct

The challenge

Landcom wanted to showcase the proposed delivery of around 1,900 new homes, around 10,700m2 of retail floor area and around 29,500m2 of public open space in Kellyville.

Our solution

Spatial Media created an animation overview video that showcases the benefits of the development and what it has to offer in terms of convenience and amenity of inner city living with connections to business, jobs and services. The video created guides viewers through the visuals of the two distinct areas - the station village precinct and residential core area with animated scenes of community living in these spaces. Ultimately, the video accurately showcased what Landcom wanted to demonstrate to its stakeholders in an engaging, bespoke way with visual mapping and modelling expertise to really bring the precinct to life for viewers!
