our solution for

Landcom's Panorama Animation

Creating a centrepiece for communicating the project to the public!

The challenge

Landcom wanted to accurately showcase their upcoming development project, Panorama, as well as details that would attract a potential resident or business owner.

Our solution

Spatial Media worked closely with the Landcom team to create a powerful visualisation animation that walks stakeholders through the project and its lifestyle benefits. The video also needed to visually demonstrate the location advantages with access to Sydney, Wollongong, Campbelltown, Canberra and the Southern Highlands.

Investing in this video improves stakeholder consultation by visually communicating Panorama’s masterplan, lifestyle and community vision, helping people see the scale, location and character of the project in ways that plans and text alone can’t. It enables residents, local organisations and decision-makers to understand proposed housing, open space and infrastructure outcomes, which builds trust and informed feedback. Visualisations like this helps reduce confusion and aligns stakeholders around a shared understanding of the future community in the Wilton Growth Area.

To future residents they wanted a visualisation that went beyond words to convey a calm backdrop, where life will run smoothly with shops, services and a lakeside hub close at hand. Safe streets, schools and shared spaces make it easy to know your neighbours and be part of something real.
