The challenge

Showcase the developments benefits and features and how the rest of Canberra is easy to access, with arterial roads to the CBD, Belconnen and Canberra’s southside nearby.

Our solution

ACT Government's Suburban Land Agency in partnership with our local partner Formswell approached Spatial Media to create a powerful, engaging and accurate 3D animation to excite viewers about Whitlam and introduce this new estate opportunity.

The video needed to tell the future and connect viewers to it's key features such as spacious blocks, sweeping views across the city’s landmarks to the Brindabellas and nature reserves at your doorstep, plus more future amenities like a primary school, shops, walking trails, BMX pump tracks, flying foxes and cycle paths. The video also needed to demonstate it's distinct location advantages to buyers which our 3D mapping and visualisation brings to life.
