Suburban Land Agency - Jacka - all electric development animation

Supporting Suburban Land Agency's community consultation and driving the future vision of Jacka a new small-scale neighbourhood that nurtures sustainable living and connected living.

The challenge

Showcase the developments benefits and lifestyle features and how sustainable housing and landscape design can reduce cost-of-living and environmental footprints.

Our solution

ACT Government's Suburban Land Agency in partnership with our local partner Formswell approached Spatial Media to create a powerful, engaging and accurate 3D animation to excite viewers about Jacka and introduce this new estate opportunity. The video needed to tell the future and connect viewers to it's key features which notably is it will be the first all-electric suburb, with all residents encouraged to install rooftop solar to generate renewable energy.

The video includes pieces to camera from the project team to highlight project key details such as walking trails, playgrounds, protected heritage, nature, diverse ownership options and village styling living. The video also needed to demonstrate Jacka's distinct location advantages to buyers being close to schools, facilities and less than 20km from the CBD which our 3D mapping and visualisation brings to life.
