our solution for

Liverpool City Council Civic Place Interactive

Immersing stakeholders in a digital space while facing COVID19 restrictions

The challenge

The client needed to be able to visually communicate the development and garner community support for the design with an appealing informative experience.

Our solution

Spatial Media provided high quality 3D modelling and a completely immersive virtual reality experience highlighting the key features of the space and building the visitor's understanding of the complex design and development strategy. This virtual reality experience space was available 24/7for stakeholders to interact with which is critical with COVID19 restrictions and limited availability for face to face consultation.

Spatial Media also produced a video earlier for this project and was able to use 3D modelling assets in both projects and the virtual reality experience saving time and cost in delivery of the project. We created an interactive map including 3D model overlay for use in stakeholder engagement, providing a more immersive experience for users to interact with the different zones within the Civic Place design.

from our clients

They were committed to accuracy and no ask was too hard

Spatial Media understood our brief to a tee and delivered a high quality animation and renders to bring our project to life for the community. Despite a short timeframe, we were given multiple opportunities to provide feedback and suggest changes, all of which were easily understood and promptly actioned. Isaac and the team were flexible, responsive and hit every deadline. They were committed to accuracy and no ask was too hard. The end product will be a centrepiece for communicating our project to the public.
