Simplifying the precinct so that the visual image is easy to understand whilst maintaining it as recognisable and including appropriate detail
Spatial Media created a suite of precinct maps for Homes Victoria's team to support their visual communication and engagement strategy. A very collaborative approach was taken to determining the right level of detail, angles, and individual precinct nuances. Working files were provided to Homes Victoria inhouse design team with ability to toggle on and off layers and make easy updates as needed with each project evolving.
