our solution for

Latrobe St Tram Upgrades Visualisation

Visually communicating how infrastructure upgrades will directly benefit stakeholders

The challenge

The client was seeking a way to effectively and efficiently communicate how the proposed infrastructure upgrades would improve accessibility and safety.

Our solution

The suite of digital assets we created allows stakeholders to understand how these changes directly affect and benefit them. An entire model of the Latrobe St corridor in our platform Spatial Reality enables users to explore at any angle, different time of day and weather, shadowing and precinct integration. The interactive 3D includes detailed accurate depiction of the new tram stop platforms, shelters, lane configuration, cycling route, driver and tram corridor integration eanbling easier communication and dispeling myths on how the project would rollout.

This model also allowed the client to develop a hero video and high quality still imagery from various angles across the different stages of the project. With real-life context the CBD is bought to life and they could visually communicate what these changes will entail across this major Melbourne thoroughfare to key stakeholders.
